[media-types] application/client-authentication+jwt registrati on request for draft-ietf-oauth-rfc7523bis

Hello IANA, media-types list participants, & respective DEs,

The https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-oauth-rfc7523bis/ document
is moving into AD review and the AD (Deb, who is cc'd) recently asked about
the status of the anticipated media type registration therein. To be
honest, the timing and initiation of the registration request procedures
remain somewhat mysterious to me. And I am painfully aware of my recent
commentary on the larger topic of JWT's use of media types

followed shortly by this request for registration of a +jwt media type.
But, trusting the process and apologizing for any breach of etiquette on my
part, I am requesting review/consideration/processing of the below media
