Hello,

I would like to register a new vendor media type. The completed
registration template follows.

Type name: application
Subtype name: vnd.anky
Required parameters: N/A
Optional parameters: N/A

Encoding considerations: UTF-8 text. Line endings MUST be LF (U+000A).
Files consist entirely of printable Unicode characters, ASCII digits,
spaces (U+0020), and line feeds.

Security considerations: Anky session files contain raw keystroke timing
data from stream-of-consciousness writing sessions. The content may include
personally sensitive text. Implementations should treat session files as
private by default and should not expose raw content without explicit user
consent. The format is purely data and contains no executable content, no
embedded links, and no active elements. Implementations MUST NOT interpret
or execute any portion of an .anky file as code. Session files may be
hashed (SHA-256) and the resulting digest published on a public blockchain
(Solana) as a content commitment. The hash commits to the content without
revealing it.

Interoperability considerations: The format is plain UTF-8 text and is
trivially parseable in any programming language. Line ending normalization
(CRLF to LF) should be performed before hashing to ensure cross-platform
determinism. The specification includes a formal ABNF grammar.
