Hi Amanda, I've reviewed this one and it's good to register. It's a well-formed 3GPP registration: correctly in the vendor tree with the 3gpp facet and the +xml structured suffix, a charset parameter defined per RFC 7303, security and interoperability considerations that appropriately defer to the general application/xml treatment in RFC 7303 §9.1, a concrete SDO change controller (3GPP Specifications Manager), and a stable published specification (3GPP TS 24.548 v19.1.0 onwards). One optional, non-blocking note for the registrant: the security considerations reference RFC 2616 for HTTP. RFC 2616 has been obsoleted by the RFC 723x series and is now consolidated in RFC 9110 (HTTP Semantics). A future revision may wish to cite RFC 9110 instead. This doesn't need to hold up registration.
