UDLR WG: new draft

Dear all,

As discussed during the last UDLR WG sessions and on the mailing, we
have started to work on a draft that describes a use of layer 2 and
layer 3 protocols over the UDLR protocol.

I have just submited the first version of this draft to the IETF
submission manager. A copy of this draft can be found here.

Note, that we are a number of co-authors working on different sections
of the document:

- co-author filled in the sections of the document they were
"responsible" of. Right now, the "story line" might not be coherent
among all the sections. 

- not all co-authors have been able to fill in their sections before the
draft submission deadline. If new sections are filled in by the end of
this week, I will make a new draft available.

Of course, we will talk about this document during next UDLR session in
Atlanta.
