Dear all,

we are still working on the current draft integrating the missing
sections...

After some discussions with Izu and the co-authors we came to the point
that there is no real need to schedule a UDLR session in San-Francisco
to discuss about them. 

We will submit a new version of the document as soon as it is ready.
