For IPv6, I at this moment remember we should consider and mention
following items:
1. DTCP (as you said)
2. GRE (rfc2784) supports only IPv4 as the delivery header.
3. MLD is used instead of IGMP.
4. RA (incl. DAD)
3 and 4 would be tribial (?). but for 1 and 2, we would need to define
something new spec.
