For 4.6 NAT

Does it mean that the NAT box rewrites the src address of GRE packets?
If it does, I don't think there should be any problem because RFC3077
doesn't state that a Feed has to check the source address of a GRE
packet.

We have some experience with DVMRP here. It works fine on UDLR because
it creates an MRIB. Everyone knows that DVMRP has a scalability problem
on a flat network, i.e. synchronization problem. We still haven't
encountered this problem because I believe that the number of routers on our
UDLR testbed has not exceed the synchronization threshold.
Would somebody share your experience on DVMRP?
