Clarification about minutes

After I read the minutes draft again, I realized I should clarify my
preface to same:

I am submitting these to the group for review of factual matters and
correction of mistakes (i.e. "I didn't say that, I said *this*).  Once
I've received and included all such corrections, I'll make another pass
for style (for instance, instead of "Harald is guilty for writing...."
the minutes should probably state, "Harald stated he had drafted this")
and spelling.
