Some of you may have seen this :-).

Antti - I forwarded the IETF announcement of your draft to
the mailing list of the urlreg group, the group that is
working on the criteria and the process to approve new URLs.

Keith or Harald: Would it be possible, for the Internet-drafts
editor, to send all anouncements regarding URLs to this group?

What this draft shows very clearly is one of the points I have
raised in the earlier discussion about a tel: or fax: URL:

We may not know what parameters we need. In Antti's draft,
there are lots of parameters, probably too many. But in the
tel: or fax: proposals, there were none, so probably not enough.
We need this baby once, and in a way that works for a lot of
people and uses. Those interested in it should try to work
together.
