*	Review current draft by Masinter
(draft-ietf-urlreg-guide-00.txt).  

*	Discuss draft by Goland (draft-goland-url-dns-00.txt) - how does
this fit into WG's stated goals?  Is the concept of 'private' vs.
'public' URLs useful, and does it raise any other issues?   

*	Discuss mechanism for implementation of URL scheme guidelines:
standing committee?  Augment existing standards process?  Perpetual
mailing list?  

*	Briefly discuss new related items, e.g. new URL schemes proposed
that challenge existing assumptions or extend definitions.  

*	Review charter and schedule.
