RE: I-D ACTION:draft-ietf-urlreg-procedures-01.txt

I took it upon myself to create a 'personal' mailing list from the sign-up
sheet from the LA meeting, and mail directly to those people.  I did this
because for several months, no one has been saying anything on the list, but
at meetings -- POW!, everyone's got an opinion.  So, I decided to direct
these mailings to those people who had been in LA and who seemed to have
lots of suggestions.  

I can remove you from that list if you prefer, Stef.  But may I have your
suggestions/feedback on the group's work?  :-)

Why is this discussion suddenly being broadcast to individual
addresses instead of the <[email protected]> mailing list, 
where it belongs?

I note that mail addressed to ietf-url <[email protected]> does not
seem to arrive at <[email protected]>.
