All of the issues I have identified have been resolved satisfactorily in
the revised request and I approve of it.  I would have liked to see some
of the discussion of "the well established practices of division of
responsibility between libraries and archives" described in the above
message copied into a "Community Considerations" section to educate
readers like me.

However, the first paragraph of the request states "to identify archival
collections and resources" and it is clear that the relevant communities
(librarians and archivists) understand and agree on this distinction.
