As you all may recall, we had a discussion about this, and it was suggested that we not reference the CESR table but keep things simpler by simply refering to the existing hashes (digests) in the CESR table.  Clearly, the reviewer wants to future-proof the URN by accounting for the source authority, which is the CESR table.

So I agree we should change it to be any Digest algorithm code specified in the latest version CESR master table for Genus 'AAA' And then list as an informative example the current algorithm prefixes.
