MIME subtype review requests (was: ABNF nits)

Done for message/news, where I know the background.

For the application/news-* registrations it's better
when they're first fixed, and when somebody posts a
review request who could answer questions about the
application/news-* details.

+1   Of course it makes the text longer, but 4 or 3
templates is no big difference (less than one page).
