Samples for control messages

Hi,

Just to let you know that there are currently at least three hierarchies which
are sending control messages according to USEPRO:

    grisbi.*, microsoft.public.* and openwatcom.*

Samples for checkgroups:
    <[email protected]>
    <[email protected]>
    <[email protected]>

Sample for newgroup:
    <newgroup-microsoft.public.windows.live.sync-1227179820@news.trigofacile.com>

Sample for rmgroup:
    <rmgroup-microsoft.public.de.livecomm-1226645691@news.trigofacile.com>


rmgroup messages do not change from what they used to be.


I believe all these messages have the syntax suggested by USEPRO.  Feel free to tell
if it is not the case.


I hope USEPRO will soon be released as an RFC.
