agenda for Yokohama

Hi all.

I won't be able to make it to Yokohama, but Ray has agreed to chair the
group for me.  Which works out great as his doc is the main topic for the
agenda (update to FYI 7).  Do we have other agenda topics you'd like
covered?  Pls let us know.
