The situation is worse with residential ISP services. Dynamic single-only
/64 that changes on every DHCPv6 renew/release or PPPoE reconnect or you
trip on your Ethernet cable for 1000ms and boom, new prefix. I'm currently
stuck with such an ISP right now.
