CCARD Parser moved

CCARD has moved to sourceforge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/ccard).

"A C callback orientated parser library for card (vCard/vCalendar) objects,
reentrant & stream orientated, handles line folding, automatic decoding of
params and data"

HTML documentation and base64 decoding has been added.
