This is not the same format that is defined in the Internet-Draft. Instead, the Exchange format is compatible with prior versions of Outlook, and also with the HTTP-WebDAV protocol -- so you can use the WebDAV protocol to query a server for specific properties on a list of contacts/vcards. Exchange 2000 is in public beta.
