vCard stand (~) for "Personal visit card", for "physical person",
  not for "juridical person" or "organisation".
"creating vCards for organizations" is not a 100% correct use for
  vcard... I think the vCard Work was incomplete, we need a
  "orgCard" but it not exist (?)...  Many systems need both types of persons,
  and an (unified) entry for the "generic person".
