Where to find vCard 2.0 and 1.0 specs?

Hello,

Could you please help me to find vCard 2.0 and 1.0 specifications?  I 
was trying to look up the Web Archive entries for imc.org/pdi, but the 
oldest copy contains vCard 2.1 spec
