VCard Query

Hello Experts,

I m new to this grp, and going to write a code for
building VCARD.

Cud anyone tell me How shud i build it if my card is
like 

Title: Ms.
First Name: Marry
Middle Name: Ice
Last Name: Jeo
Suffix: Ji

it shud be like

N: Jeo;Marry;Ice;Ms.;Ji

FN: Ms Marry Ice Jeo Ji

If i do change to above Vcard as

Title: Ms.
First Name: Marry
Middle Name: 
Last Name: 
Suffix: Ji

shud it be like that

N: ;Marry;;Ms.;Ji

FN: Ms Marry Ji

What I wud like to know if I leave any field of the
Name as an empty, should i build the vcard for that
palce as only with semicolon without any value( ;;
)???
