Yes.  It would be nice to have a small parser.  I was
going to make my own, but I'm not a parser guy. 
Though, even still, it should be possible.

My idea was to have a tight, very small cllib, then
wrap a c++ lib over it and/or perl.  Though, perl has
some pretty incredible parsing capabilities, so I
might do one native.

For me, I want to create a homegrown multi-lingual
unicode web-solution, with pictures and all, and use
the container as (1) a directory of vcfs, (2) vcard
xml, and (3) SQL database
