Misha, in the rdf-vcard W3C Note we chose to stick with the
exact uppercase names as defined in RFC2426.

(I do actually have a stack of example XML Schemas for vCard
from my students in an XML course last year!)

The question would be where is the best place to host the
XML namespace and put the schema?
