PROGRAM TO SEND EMAIL TO MICROSOFT OUTLOOK USING WEBDAV XML QUERIES USING ASP.NET

Hi,
Iam facing some problems by this program given in the link below.

I have kept the username and password and path of my mail.
but iam getting a null response.
Do i have to change any thing in the program??
i couldn't understood the strCalInfo and strXMLNSInfo
in the above program.
do i have to change any thing like uuri and dates
if any plz reply me
