So far as I'm aware, we only had one draft that was still in progress (the 
IDD work expired long ago).

The authors/editors on the RUP document have been contacted by Patrik and 
it's my understanding there is a desire for that work to be finished (which 
I think answers Scott's question).  I'm currently setting up a new mailing 
list where that work can be discussed  and will send invites for 
subscriptions to those who are still on this list.
