It was the point I was addressing.

We've talked about peer-to-peer vs client-server in the preregproto list,
in the specific context of "push" vs "poll".

Making a registry to registry check-like operation is possible with xrp,
as the server may initiate instances of communication, "push" being the
only one specified in the "merits of poll only" context.
