Montevideo note

As promissed, my notes from the Montevideo meeting of ICANN earlier this
month.

Paul Kane presented an analysis [1] of the DNSO Whois survey. Paul was also
running against Amadeu Abril i Abril for a seat on the ICANN Board [2], which
may have detracted from our communication. He mentioned an interim report
will come out in April 2002 and there will be an updated report in Marina del
Rey, whether that is MdR-03 in Nov '01 or MdR-04 in '02 I don't know.

In sum, no change.
