Planning for Salt Lake

All,

If this BoF progresses to a WG, its would be best if its chairs did not
both have a beneficiary relationship with the same company, incidently
a whois:43 operator (NeuStar, .us; and NeuLevel, .biz).

Dave brings all of the experience and good humor of a former Area Director,
and an ability to attend IETF meetings. For family reasons I'm cutting back
on non-essential travel, and may not travel from Maine to Salt Lake.

There is still a charter to complete, and time-line drift to correct for,
assuming that the dates and deliverables were approximately correct. The
registry for .vn (Viet Nam) contacted me off-list a few days ago, looking
for a whois server implementation. If anyone would like to contact them,
drop me a note. I'll also take updates to the chart we started at London,
the per-ccTLD details.
