I got it, thank you. I will add nic-naa.net (and its various other
hostnames, IP addresses, etcetera) as a whitelisted
address. rr.com, which nic-naa.net appears to be using, has
been the cause of enough spam (largely due to their refusal to be
tested for open relays) that we're blocking them locally. We do the
same for, say, home.com.
