Dear Rajat,

None of the whois servers you list below supports XML.
There is an effort called CRISP, or Cross-Registry 
Information Service Protocol at IETF, that aims at
solving the problem you mentioned (no common data format)
among others.
CRISP is an ongoing work now.  See
