wrec had some problems until a few weeks ago, when I implemented
some fairly strict filtering including moderation of non-subscriber
postings.  I think it's pretty good now.  however, spammers have
started using real people's addresses for return addresses and
harvesting addresses from list archives - so I suspect this is only
a temporary fix.
