ExclC14n Interop

Hi Joseph,

by wasting some days of my life, we can update the interop matrix on 
exclc14n:

For Apache, exclusive is about 20% faster than 'regular' c14n:


Performance: does it equal or exceed performance of Canonical XML on a 
similar operation? Apache/Y
