You've ignored my previous interop report but I still hope to get your 
attention :)
The new release of XML Security Library (http://www.aleksey.com/xmlsec)
supports all MUST/SHOULD features from XML Signature Syntax and 
Processing <http://www.w3.org/TR/xmldsig-core>
