I suppose I should send my own review :-)

I think the draft is pretty much ready to go, and support publication. I 
have a couple of minor comments, neither of which are critical.

-- section 5.1, step 4: It might be nice to repeat the secure DNS 
reference here.

-- section 6: It seems like this section has a fair amount of redundancy 
to section 5. (especially 5.0 and 5.2).
