Version -05 should address all of the IESG feedback.
It also changes the .well-known usage from
".well-known/posh.{service}.json" to
"./well-known/posh/{service}.json" by registering for the "posh"
.well-known and establishing a POSH Service Names registry.
An upcoming revision to draft-ietf-xmpp-dna will actually register the
"xmpp-client" and "xmpp-server" POSH service names.
