WG last call: draft-ietf-zeroconf-ipv4-linklocal-08.txt

In the interest of expediency, I am starting a 2 week working group
last call on the link-local document.  Please send comments to the
WG mailing list until June 24, 2003.

The comments sent by Stuart on past issues in recent days should be
considered as part of the last call discussion.

I believe the issues at hand are settled well enough, and well enough
understood, that we can reach a consensus on questions that emerge
*during the WG last call period.*  That is, we are departing from the
'issue by issue' procedure we have followed since February to attempt
to wrap this document up.
