Hi all, Is there anybody out there? Wildly inappropriate, but there were once a couple of legal minds here, so: If Boris refuses to write a letter, I'm guessing that would be illegal. If his refusal leads to Brexit, could people who are disadvantaged by Brexit sue Boris? He couldn't say he was performing his office as PM (but then there is Nixon's "Well, when the President does it, that means that it is not illegal.") Just something to chat about. UK crypto policy hasn't changed much, though it seems to be spreading to Australia and elsewhere. The gubbmint has said that they won't introduce age verification for porn sites - a big fat blackmail target if there ever was one. So it is not all bad. Though RIPA CH2 Part 3 still sucks big time.
