Okay, here is a BBC article where there seems to have been a clear effort to give a more balanced coverage of the issues: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/3563629.stm Jim P.S. Other miscellaneous news: According to Fedge.net, BMG have released some corrupt discs in Canada without proper labelling, because according to them, "it's not that invasive". Something to watch out for here: http://fedge.net/emi/ BMG in this country are offering replacement discs to people who complain about corrupt discs not working, but the replacement discs are also corrupt, only to a lesser extent. So, if you have a player that can't handle corrupt discs, you have to jump through hoops to get a replacement, and even then it isn't a real CD.
