According to Hartmut Pilch, who's just been in E. Europe with RMS, there 
may be time to fit in another patents talk too.

Maybe London on the 21st ?

Or something between Dublin and Edinburgh ?

I haven't been directly in touch with RMS, so I don't know what his 
movements/arrangements are in the UK.  (Ciaran, do you know any more?)

Would this be possible / a good idea ?
