Indeed, or simply another company. In Belgium, one single SME owner was 
able to make a press release together with 9 other (known and lesser 
known) companies, and get the research director of a 10th (quite big 
and important) company to call the ministry (because the ministry was 
claiming that this company wanted software patents, while it was 
actually the reverse).
