It quotes Richard Allan (NB spelling) for the LibDems, correctly noting
that the party has a firm position against software patents. But it does
not draw attention to the discrepancy between that and the MEPs' voting.

I listened to the LUGRadio broadcast featuring the interview with
Richard Allan. I noticed that he did not defend his party's MEPs in this
matter, and expressed his personal wish they'd voted the other way. [I
think on that matter he did the best when he is undoubtedly in a
difficult position.]
