Actually, it is what the Lib Dems think about exactly these definitions 
that we are most critically concerned about:  whether they realise how 
far the Council position fell short of anything meaningful; and whether 
the Lib Dems are prepared to do anything to put meaningfulness back in.

Even after the election, it would be incredibly useful to have Graham 
Watson's exact position on this.
