The Yes Men strike again / iTunes + OFT

Sorry, couldn't resist.

You remember "The Yes Men", who managed to pose as representatives of
the WTO on US TV and at various conferences/etc, and who have even
made a film about their exploits (which reached film festivals, even
if not a general release)?  Well, the BBC managed to interview one of
them yesterday as a representative of Dow chemical regarding the 20th
anniversary of the Bhopal disaster.  I don't have a TV, though, so all
of this is second-hand via Slashdot and their site:

I can't believe the BBC fell for this.  I mean, surely someone in the
production staff has heard about them by now?  The first thing I
thought was: NO WAY have TYM pulled it off again! -- but they did.  It
was even the same guy.


Anyway, another interesting thing recently has been the Which? / OFT /
European Commission thing regarding iTunes UK.  You've probably seen
this.  Even if Which? haven't pushed the corrupt disc issue as hard as
I would have liked, they are obviously still monitoring music industry
issues and taking action in particular cases:

Not much other news on the corrupt-disc issue, as far as I know.
