Bad-CD update Jan-2005

A couple of things of interest:

- "Strangers" by Ed Harcourt: There are terrible playback problems
  with this one according to one report.  It seems to have a problem
  on almost everything tested:

- "Radio GaGa" single by Electric Six: Is this the first disc to use
  the offset-hole 'protection' patented by Sony?  This was mentioned
  on the list a while back:

Also, I will be disappearing off for 3 months from the 16th Jan,
i.e. out of the country, unhooked from the internet and phone system.
Maybe someone else will take over the CD pages, or maybe we will
freeze them.  This is undecided as yet.
