From the quotes in the reports I've read, McCarthy is very much still for patents. So, yeah, I'd say we've got a lot of work to do. The problem is that I can't decipher the legalese in the replies you tend to get from these people. Does anyone have a list of the common responses they make and some rebuttals to them? (I can kick off the list by passing on what was sent to me, if that would help.) -- Paul
