[ACPI-sppt] Asus M3N / osl-0888 errors

I am getting some strange errors in my dmesg which I think are acpi
related, please correct me if I'm wrong. 

They look like:
osl-0888 [6572] os_wait_semaphore     : Failed to acquire
semaphore[c12be740|1|0], AE_TIME

I'm using Luca's acpi patch, and sometimes it seems the fan doesn't want
to turn on at the 55 degree trip point, and after a suspend and wake-up
I seem to lose keyboard functionality. I try using wmShutdown to shut
down, because the mouse still works, but alas, the machine won't
completely shut down and hangs during usb device deregistering.
