I get these errors on my M3N when the trip points are reached:
acpi_bus-0264 [956] acpi_bus_get_device : Error getting context for
object [46e5c73d]
acpi_power-0088 [955] acpi_power_get_context: Error getting context
[46e5c73d]
acpi_power-0363 [953] acpi_power_transition : Error transitioning device
[FN00] to D0
acpi_bus-0496 [952] acpi_bus_set_power : Error transitioning device
[FN00] to D0
acpi_thermal-0549 [951] acpi_thermal_active : Unable to turn cooling
device [cf6ae928] 'on'

I tried your setpci line, but it didn't affect my system.
