[ACPI-sppt] ACPI IRQ Conflict

Hi!

I am running RedHat 9 (Shrike, kernel 2.4.20-8) on a Fujitsu Amilo D 7830. I
recompiled the kernel, enabling ACPI options, and it boots (and the
ACPI-functionality works fine, thanks to the developers!). 

The only problem is that the ACPI IRQ (IRQ 9 on my Laptop) conflicts with a
USB controller, which also gets assigned to IRQ9. It caused the laptop to
"hang" during the startup script. This basically means that I can only boot up
normally (with the ACPI-enabled kernel), if I pass "nousb" to the kernel (and
also remove kudzu from the start-up scripts with "chkconfig kudzu off",
otherwise kudzu hangs aswell, as it tries to assign the USB controller to the IRQ
occupied by ACPI).

Thus, the only solution I can think of, is to assign my USB controller to a
new IRQ, but I don't know how! Does anyone have any idea on how I should go
about having both ACPI and USB working on my Fujitsu, or just how to assign my
USB controller to a new IRQ?
