Hello Oliver,

Well, I just tried booting with my pre4 kernel with the acpi patch, and the line
`append="devfs=mount hdc=ide-scsi nomce acpi=off"` in lilo, but it seems like no
change at all. Still getting the same output in `lspci -xxxv`, and as for
/proc/interrupts, no mention whatsoever of anything USB related:

With acpi=off I get:

So yes, it does seem to make a change to this, but still I see no USB. This is
with the successfully compiled pre4 kernel. As for the rc3, I can only get it to
compile if I have no support for HotPlug, but this is neccissary I believe, so
has little point.
